Today I am resolved to start my Atkins Diet, an all protein no sugar no carbs way . I figure if I go public I will stock to it. I am waiting for my friend Julie to start my first day of walking every morning! So if you have any encouraging words please share, I need all the support I can get. My discipline needs adjusting.

This adorable baby is LILLY and this will be her first Easter, in my short visit I can tell she is Grandpa's Little Girl. She spends lots of time on the front yard with Grandma and loves the Maraquas and her friends Elmo and Ernie.
